Any and all comments, feedback, suggestiuons, ideas and other submissions disclosed, or offered to The Palmsaver.com in any way shape or form shall become the property of this website and associated companies.  Such a disclosure shall be an assignment to The Palmsaver.  Subsequently, The Palmsaver shall own exclusively such rights, title and interests to said intellectual property.  The Palmsaver shall be under no obligation to maintain any submissions in confidence, pay to user any compensation for submissions or respond to any comments.  You agree that no submissions by you to the site will violate the rights of any third party.  You further agree that no submissions by you to the site will contain libelous, unlawful, abusive or obscene material.  You agree that The Palmsaver and The Palmsaver.com mayuse and/or disclose information about your demographics and use of this site in any manner that does not reveal your identity.  You also agree that The Palmsaver may use your information for marketing and promotional purposes.

Orders & Shipments     

At this time, purchases and shipments are only available to residents of the USA.  Anyone that lives outside the USA [Including Canada] must e-mail thier request to info@thepalmsaver.com for shipping and payment information. Recipients outside of the USA are responsible for all customs and duty requirements including all government and or provincial sales taxes where required.  All deliveries are made via ground shipping methods with no tracking .  Please allow 14 days for delivery.

Refund & Delivery Policy

Any and all returns must be made within 14 days of your reciept of goods.  Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.  Items must be returned in original unopened package.  If you choose to return an item or refuse delivery on an item you will be responsible for the shipping incurred by us to send the products to you as well as the cost to return the item to us.  Returns and or refunds for returns will only be given for unopened and unused items.  All orders are processed and charged to you in US currency.  All refunds and credits will be refunded back to you in US currency only.  We do not convert any currency for you to make a purchase and we will not accept any other currency other then the US dollar.  Delivery of products ordered shall be made by ground delivery service.  Any and all orders outside the USA (including Canada) shall responsible to pay all required taxes and duties.

Payment 

The consumer agrees to pay thier credit card, Paypal, etc. according to thier card holder agreement.  The consumer further agrees and understands that they may not file a chargeback for any reason except a case of fradulent transaction that they did not make.  Agreeing to purchase goods from The Palmsaver.com will waive thier rights to a chargeback against The Palmsaver except as referenced above.
